Provider standards and readiness

Home Connect looks for established independent businesses whose normal operating practices support a customer-ready introduction.

Customer-ready fundamentals

A provider should communicate clearly, respect the home, and follow through responsibly. Licensing and insurance must be appropriate for the work performed, where required.

Readiness also means being able to describe the work you perform and the locations you can serve well. Clear scope, timely responses, and a professional finish help make expectations practical for everyone.

Accountability after an introduction

Selected providers are expected to handle referred work honestly: report referred jobs and completed values accurately, pay applicable referral fees on time, and never bypass or resell the customer relationship.

Home Connect is selective because a recommendation carries weight. Repeated failure to meet customer-experience expectations, underreporting, nonpayment, or customer bypassing can result in removal.
